Terms of Service

Last updated 9 October 2026

These terms cover your use of xbuild at xbuild.xvn.app (“xbuild”, “we”, “us”), an AI website builder run by XVN Web Services. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use xbuild.

1. Your account

You must be at least 16 to use xbuild. Keep your login details safe; you’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has accessed it.

2. What xbuild does

xbuild uses artificial intelligence (currently Anthropic’s Claude models) to generate website code from your descriptions. AI output can contain mistakes. Check the content of your site, including facts, prices, contact details and legal wording, before you publish it. We don’t guarantee that generated sites will be error-free, suitable for any particular purpose, or rank in search engines.

3. Plans, generations and payment

  • The Free plan includes 5 AI generations in any 24-hour period and up to 3 projects. Published Free sites show a small “Made with xbuild” badge.
  • Pro costs £15 a month, billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe, and includes 300 generations per calendar month, up to 50 projects and no badge. If VAT applies, it will be shown at checkout.
  • Unused generations don’t roll over. Generations that fail don’t count towards your allowance.
  • You can cancel Pro at any time from your account. You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then move to the Free plan. Your projects and published sites stay in place.
  • If you’re a consumer, you have 14 days to cancel a new subscription. By starting to use Pro straight away you ask us to begin the service within that period, and if you cancel we may deduct a proportionate amount for the generations you’ve used.
  • We may change prices or allowances with at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing date.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of your prompts and the websites you create, to the extent the law allows. You give us a licence to store, process and display them as needed to run xbuild, including sending your prompts and site code to our AI provider to generate results and publishing your site when you choose to. You can download your site’s code at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use xbuild to create or publish anything that:

  • impersonates a real person, company, brand or public body, or could mislead visitors about who runs the site;
  • collects passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information under false pretences (phishing);
  • contains malware, cryptocurrency miners or code designed to harm visitors or other systems;
  • is sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, violent, defamatory or illegal, or infringes someone else’s intellectual property;
  • sends spam, or attempts to overload, scrape or get around the limits of xbuild.

We may remove any published site, suspend generation, or close an account that breaks these rules, with or without notice. Anyone can report a site at xbuild.xvn.app/report/<address>.

6. Published sites

Published sites are hosted at xbuild.xvn.app/s/your-address. Addresses are first come, first served and we may reclaim addresses that are misleading or infringe someone’s rights. We aim to keep xbuild and published sites available, but we don’t promise uninterrupted service and may need maintenance downtime. Keep your own copy of anything important: you can download your HTML at any time.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can’t be limited by law. Otherwise, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or business, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or £50 if greater. If you’re a consumer, you also have legal rights that these terms don’t affect.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. This permanently deletes your projects and takes your published sites offline. We may close accounts that have been inactive for over 24 months after emailing you first.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we’ll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings where you live.
